Karl-Heinz Pitsch was named Chief Operating Officer of Sexy Hair in December of 2008. Prior to joining Sexy Hair, Pitsch served as the General Manager of Estee Lauder's premium hair brand Bumble and Bumble. A well-respected veteran of the professional beauty industry, Pitsch also held the position of Group President of the North and Latin American divisions of the Wella Corporation, where he was responsible for such international brands as Wella, Sebastian®, Graham Webb and Belvedere.

In April of 2009, Pitsch was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Sexy Hair, replacing Morrison, who became Vice Chairman of Luxe Beauty Holdings, the parent company of Sexy Hair.
